The Council of Elders of the Congress of the Võro People

Council of Elders is a permanent body tasked with implementing the decisions adopted by the Congress. It also serves to represent the Congress when the latter is not currently in session.

It is composed of 11 members, voted were into position by the delegates from 19 initial candiates. Current membership of the council is as follows:

• Mati Kuklane (37 votes)
• Sulev Iva (37 votes)
• Kertu Luisk (30 votes)

• Maarika Niidumaa (21 votes)
• Inga Raitar (20 votes)
• Külli Eichenbaum (Substitute member; 10 votes)
• Helen Rebane (Substitute member; 10 votes)
